Rituals are powerful and have significant impact in the workplace. Like symbols, they talk to our subconscious, influencing our beliefs and behaviours in a manner stronger than words can. If this is not sufficient rationale for organisations to be intentional about creating its own set of rituals, here are more reasons why they should consider doing it today:
